As a result of low water levels in the St. Lawrence River, effective July 15th 2016 the majority of ocean carriers will be implementing a low water surcharge (LWS). The surcharge varies from carrier to carrier so please check with us should you wish to know the specific charge relative your shipment.

As of this morning (Tuesday Sept. 8th, 2015) many container haulage drivers are striking in the Toronto area. As a result the carriers we use are not able to arrange pickups or deliveries until further notice. As we have more information we will update all our valuable customers accordingly.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has advised that normal operations have now resumed at the Cornwall port of entry, which recently experienced a service disruption.
Air Canada Cargo now has direct service to Osaka. Air Canada Cargo now operates service between Vancouver and Osaka up to 5 times a week on a Boeing 767-300ER aircraft. The carrier has also resumed direct service between Toronto and Tokyo Narita with a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft. Click here for more information.
