Hague-Visby Rules (Ocean Freight)
Carmack Amendment (Ground Freight – where applicable)
Individual carrier terms
Any purchased cargo insurance policy
Clients are encouraged to purchase Cargo Insurance, which we can provide upon request.
Insurance coverage is only valid if:
Requested in writing
Confirmed by our team
Paid in full before shipment
Insurance claims must follow the insurer’s documentation and timelines.
By using our Services, you agree to pay all charges including:
Freight charges
Customs fees
Duties & taxes
Warehousing and handling
Additional services requested
Late payments may incur:
Interest fees
Administrative charges
Suspension of services or release of cargo
Invoices are considered accurate unless disputed in writing within 7 days.
